Short Order by Jocelyn’s Provisions is hosting an iconic culinary collaboration at Haven Newstead, sharing its doors with a new take-home deli produce brands evolved out of COVID-19, and one of Brisbane’s most experienced baristas. Along with serving up Short Order by Jocelyn’s Provisions famous sweet and baked goodies, the store will now co-host ‘This is Us’ pop-up deli by Salt Meats Cheese, as well as Bean Workin’ Espresso by Yolanda Van Houtte, serving up cult-favourite Coffee Supreme.

Salt Meats Cheese launched ‘This is us’ off the back of COVID-19, with demand for quality, gourmet produce to cook at home – including handcrafted traditional and classic Italian pizza bases, Arancini, Gomes Brothers cheese and Harris Farms foods.
And 29-year-old Yolanda Van Houtte, originally from New Zealand, is using her 12 years working as a barista for others to take the plunge with running her first coffee shop in collaboration with Short Order by Jocelyn’s Provisions.
“Thanks to the amazing team at Haven Newstead, my little dream of running my own business has been made possible,” Ms Van Houtte says. “I’ve worked with Coffee Supreme both in New Zealand and Australia. They’ve had my heart since the first time I tasted their coffee,” she said.
Short Order by Jocelyn’s Provisions will provide Yolanda with the most amazing range of treats with everything from almond croissants to their mouth-watering gluten free triple chocolate brownie with vegan and dairy free options available as well.
“Being able to stock the best products on the market, serve the best espresso possible and get people excited to start their day is something I crave,” Ms Van Houtte says.
